CAUSE NO. 546 OF 2017 By Rymond Wekesa Silikhe, of P.O. Box 779, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Silikhe Cheloti, who died at East Siboti, on 7th June, 2003.
