TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2017 By (1) Joyce Wambui Mbugua and (2) Serah Waruguru Thuku, of 58 Grandview Drive, Antigonish Nova Scotia B 2G 902-872-0232 in Canada, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Thuku Nderitu, who died at Wempa, on 9th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2017 By Njau Kiuma, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiuma Njau, late of Kinamba, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 22nd June, 1976. CAUSE NO. 236 OF 2017 By Joseph Gitonga Gikonyo, of P.O. Box 387, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangui Gitonga, late of Ol Joro Orok, who died at Tuwan, Trans-Nzoia, on 17th April, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
