CAUSE NO. 430 OF 2017 By (1) George Kipruto Maiyo nd (2) Amos Kipruto Birgen, both of P.O. Box 4819-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of: administration intestate to the estate of Francis Chepsiror Kipkeino, who died at Jua Kali, on Ist June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 469 OF 2017 By (1) Christine Jemutai Chesir and (2) Collins Kiplagat Rotich, both of P.O. Box 678, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Sirikwa, who died at Inuka Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 2015.
