TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 441 OF 2017 By Esther Jepkosgei Sigu, of P.O. Box 3230-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Kigen & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Thadayo Odongo, late of Racecourse, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2016.
