CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2017 By (1) Lawrence Charles Otieno Odero and (2) Lorine Odero Otieno, both of P.O. Box 58, Sega in. Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Pacifica Akoth, who died at Pale Sub-location, on 25th December, 2015. CAUSE NO. 230 OF 2017 _ By Mildred Susan Adhiambo alias Mildred Adhiambo Opile, of P.O. Box 59, Nyamonye in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Opile Ombewa, who died at Pale Sub-location, on 19th February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2017 By (1) Jenifa Oloo Onyango and (2) Peres Awuor Onyango, both of P.O. Box 309, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harizon Onyango Nyaresi alias Onyango Nyaresi, who died at Nyandiwa, on 10th September, 1987.
