TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2017 By Lameck Mataza Nyiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Nyiro Mataza, who died at Kilifi, on 25th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2017 - By Nicholas Nyoka Mwanyanje and (2) Rymond Mwagona Mwanyanje, of P.O. Box 34-80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanyanje Mwagona Mwanyanje, who died at Ngamani. on 20th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
