Box 65, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obongo Okumu, who died at Kachieng, on 12th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. 257 OF 2017 By Samwel Nyambati Ombogo, of P.O. Box 180, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Nyambati Nyabero, who died at Ram Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2014. CAUSE NO. 258 OF 2017 By Jihn Ganda Odera, of P.O. Box 24, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Odero Oyoo alias Mathayo Odera Oyoo, who died at ~ Kamiyawa, on 26th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
