TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 155 OF 2017 By Philista Ogol Oulo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oulo Odila alias John Oulo Ondila, who died on 20th September, 1985. CAUSE NO. 157 OF 2017 By (1) Annah Adhiambo Ondiek and (2) Lennox Odhiambo Okoyi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Okoyi Rajoro alias Mariko Okoyi Rajoro, who died on 2nd April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
