TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: : CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Wagaki Wambugu and (2) Simon Mwangi Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 6880-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Lesinko, Njoroge and Gathogo & Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant.of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kariuki Waihuini, late of Nairobi, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2017. . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be-shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
