TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: ‘ CAUSE NO. 268 OF 2017 By Elizabeth Mwongeli Kakundi, of P.O. Box 190610-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nyamasyo Nzioka, who died at Erankau Sub-location, on 21st December, 2016. : The Court will proceed to issue the sathe unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this Tespect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
