TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 490 OF 2017 By Jackson Kamande Gachomo, of P.O. Box 138-20108, Rongai, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Kibogo alias Ephantus Gachomo Kibogo, who died at Gitiri Sub-location, on 30th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. 491 OF 2017 wy (1) Charles Ngigi Muirebu and (2) Stephen Ngigi Wakanyi, both of P.O. Box 916-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wakanyi Ngugi, who died at Komo Sub-location, on 13th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
