TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2017 By Monica Wairimu Kamundia, of P.O. Box 18, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kamundia Waititu, who died at District Hospital, Kenyatta in Kenya, on 12th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2017 By (1) Teresiah Gathoni Charles and (2) Peter Michuki Murugami, both of P.O. Box 336, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Murugami Michuki, who died at Siron, on 15th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Kinyua and (2) Dickson Githui Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 1285-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olive Nyaguthii Kinyua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2018 By Peter Kabuthi Turuthi, of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gicheru Gathungu Mathenge, who died at Kipipiri Location, on 9th May, 2004. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Githaiga Waituru, (2) Joseph Mbugua Wangari and (3) Regina Wangari Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 935, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, granddaughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Nyambura Waituru alias Cicilia Nyambura Waituru, who died at Kiwanja Location, on 5th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
