TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2017 By (1) Susan Naisiae Nkoiboni and (2) Joram Kariren Nguiboni, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Karsis Nkoiboni alias Naomi Karsis ene Nkoiboni, who died at Narok, on 10th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2017 By (1) Dennis Koitat Dikirr and (2) Silas Meitamei Dikirr, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rapaiyo ole Dikirr alias Rapayio Dikirr, who died at Empatipat, on 20th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2017 By (1) Martin Nchoe, (2) Patrick Nchoe and (3) Dancun Nchoe, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Senchura Nchoe alias Senchura ole Nchoe, who died at Enabelbel, on 19th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2017 By (1) Lucy Muthoni Thinguri and (2) Nijoroge Jackline Wanjiru, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Thinguri Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
