Box 14, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzoka Kilai, late of Kabaa, who died at Kabaa sub-location, on 28th April, 1985. CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2017 By (1) Anne Kanini Kyuli and (2) Victor Kaleli Kyuli, both of P.O. Box 1, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mutiso Kaleli alias Mutiso Mukunga Mutua, late of Mango, Machakos, who died at Mango, on 25th April, 1998. - CAUSE NO. 377 OF 2017 By (1) Joseph Mawia Mwinzi and (2) Sammy Kioko King’oo, both of P.O. Box 27, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingoo Kasuu, late of Machakos, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 443 OF 2017 By (1) Samson Muli Kaloki and (2) Jonathan Muthoka Kaloki, both of P.O. Box 520, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaloki Kivondo alias Samuel Kaloki Kioko, late of Mung’ala, who died at Mung’ala Sub- location, on 31st March, 1982. CAUSE NO. 444 OF 2017 By Samson Muli Kaloki, of P.O. Box 520, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasau Kivondo alias Peter Kisau Kioko, late of Mung’ala, who died at there on 22nd January, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
