Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’ Ananga Baithumbu, who died at Njia cia mwendwa, on Sth May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2017 By Ciombiro Mbaiyu, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itobi M’Mworoa, who died at Burieruri, on 28th January, 2010. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2017 By Isaack Kaberia M'Ithai, of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithai M’Kanamba, who died at Tigania Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2017 By Richard Ntointi Njilu, of P.O. Box 582, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph M’Thiria Kabira, who died at Anjaru Sub-location, on 17th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
