CAUSE No. 451 OF 2017 By Mary Nyaboke Ratemo, of P.O. Box 1622-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William George Ataka, who died on 28th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 528 OF 2017 By Joseph Otieno Ogora, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogora Onchira, who died on 6th March, 1987.
