CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2017 By Palfanus Abok Rwaka, of P.O. Box 84, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Odhiambo Rwaka, who died on 12th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2017 By (1) Hellen Awuor, (2) Hellen Achieng Peter and (3) Peter Juma Nyambok, both of P.O. Box 91, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Awino Ndong, who died there on Sth April, 2002. CAUSE NO. 210 OF 2017 By Preskila Nyanjong Ondu, of P.O. Box 196, Homa Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Francis Achola Omena, (2) Masela Achieng Omena and (3) John Onyango alias Omena Onyango, who died on 11th December, 1991, 2nd April, 1980 and 5th October, 1972, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
