CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2017 By Meshack Angira Omondi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Plista Odenya Omondi alias Philister Odenya Riaga, who died on 28th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2017 By Rodgers Grey Odera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Odera Okal, who died on 3rd July, 2017. CAUSE NO. 169 OF 2017 By (1) Johnson Masimi Mwita and (2) Joseph Wambura Mwita, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Itembe Wambura, who died at Maeta, on 6th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2017 By Fidilia Akinyi Ogutu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ogutu Dida, who died at North Sakwa Location, on 31st October, 1997.
