TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2017 By (1) Dama Kaingu Chondo and (2) Joseph Karisa Kaingu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Chondo Mwamuye alias Kaingu Chondo, who died on 30th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2017 By Brighetti Maria Claudia, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Giancarlo Musiani, who died at Pianoro, Italy, on 22nd December, 2016. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2018 By Pacificah Kemunto Nyamoti, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suleiman Nyamoti Otieno, who died on 29th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
