TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 366 OF 2017 By Sophia Oga Odhach, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Odhach, who died at Ragengi Sub-location, on 15th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2018 By George Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ouko Ambony, who died at East Katwenga, on 20th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
