TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 444 OF 2011 By Edwin Muchene Gitau, of P.O. Box 42981-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. M. A. Khan, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Nduta Gitau, late of Uthiru, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
