TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2017 By (1) Leonard Njeru Mukera and (2) Alfred Munyi Mugo, both of P.O. Box 618, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Mukere alias Benson Mugo Mukere, who died at Mwea M. Centre, on 27th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2017 By Clementine Wanjiku Kamunyi, of P.O. Box 46061-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Kamunyi, who died at Nthagaiya, on 23rd January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
