TAKE NOTICE that applications having been mede in this court CAUSE NO, 150 OF 2016 By Claris Maku Wanje, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Chea Makutha, who died on 14th April, 2014. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2017 By (1) Celina Sidi Randu and (2) Pauline Randu, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Munguyuko Mazuri, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2017 By (1) Giordano Bruno, (2) Giordano Maria Laura and (3) Silvia Giordano, all of via Tancredi Dotta Rosso N. 33, Italy, the deceased’s children, for the sealing of a grant of probate of letters of administration intestate issued in another country to the estate of Giordano Enzo, who died at Cueno, Italy, on 7th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
