TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 860 OF 2017 By Wilsfrida Anyango Bunde, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pabiano Bunde Aboge alias Sabianus Bunde Rabugi, who died on 13th January, 1995. CAUSE NO. 861 OF 2017 By Gladys Wagah Atito, the deceased’s. mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willis Thure Atito, who died on 10th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
