TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 409 OF 2017 By Dorothy Auma Saiah, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mucheny Saiah, who died at South Kanduyi, on 6th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. 469 OF 2017 By (1) Protus Nyongesa Mung’oma and (2) Mathias Mung’oma, both of: P.O. Box 2323, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wafula Munyekenye, who died at West Sang’alo. CAUSE NO. 553 OF 2017 By (1) Benard Makhanu Kwanusu and (2) John Wafula Wangila, both of P.O. Box 1044, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wangila Kwanusu, who died at Kabula, Bungoma, on 16th September, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
