TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2017 By (1) Eliud Ngaga Njuguna and (2) Jane Wanjiru Kamotho, both of P.O. Box 896, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Wambui Njuguna, who died at Kahuho, on 28th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2017 By (1) Rosemary Njoki Njoroge and (2) Stephen Kibugi Wachira, both of P.O. Box 2053, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in- law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wachira Kibugi alias Bernard Wachira Kibugi, who died at Kiambaa, on 25th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 337 OF 2017 By (1) Patrick Maina Kamau and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Gitau, both of P.O. Box 107-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muringo Mwangi alias Miringu Mwangi, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 2nd September, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
