CAUSE No. 109 OF 2017 By Daniel Wanjema Ngang’a, of P.O. Box 12224, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lily Ann Njeri, who died at Our Lady Hospice Thigio, on 11th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 131 OF 2017 By Pater Karuki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 306, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Mwangi Maina, who died at Kiandutu, on 14th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
