Box 122-80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Fondo Heria, © who died at Buni, Chisimani, on 14th June, 1993. - CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2016 By (1) Juma Salim Nzaka and (2) Elijah Nzaka Mwambaji, both of P.O. Box 122-80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzaka Mwambaji Shehi, who died at Kaliang’ombe, Rabai, on 25th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2016 By Rama Metu Mwarandu, of P.O. Box 1, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metu Mwarandu, who died at Ndatani, Tsangatsini, on 11th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
