TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2016 By Boaz Omori Owuor, of P.O. Box 52, Mbita in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joice Owade Owuor + alias Joyce Owade Owuor, who died on 20th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2017 By Paul Odero Nyandoto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Otieno Okeyo, who died on 29th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2017 By Charles Onyango Misungu, of P.O. Box 173, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jasungu Oruba, who died on 7th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2017 By Esther Achieng Otieno, of P.O. Box 28, Sindo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Otieno Owamachabu alias Eliud Ben Otyeno Owamachabu, who died on 19th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
