Box 342, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Ngugi alias Ndirangu s/o Ngugi, who died at Kiandemi Sub-location, on 30th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2017 By (1) Gladys Mukami Maina and (2) Moses Wanjohi Maina, both of P.O. Box 91, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Macharia Maina, who died at Ruruguti, Nyeri, on 8th November, 2015. Box 773, Nyeri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairiuko Wachira Ndiga alias Wairiuko Wachira Wandiga, who died at Kamiruri, on 15th November, 2004 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
