Box 47, Sare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timon Arege Akoko, who died.on 10th July, 1991. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2017 By Mary Achieng Ayoko, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Adede Ndiege, who died at Central Kamagambo Sub-location, on 15th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2017 By Mary Odongo Owino, of P.O. Box 16-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tufimo Awino Midigo, who died at North East Kamagambo Sub-location, on 16th February, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
