TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 781 OF 2017 By Serah Njuru Nijraini, of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Niiraini Gitau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2018 By (1) Lydia Wangechi Njenga and (2) Jane Wangari Njenga, both of P.O. Box 284, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Thitu Njenga, who died at Thindigua, on 31st December, 2008. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2018 By (1) Judy Wamuyu Ng’endo and (2) Anna Wanjiku Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 61032-00200, Nazirobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Chomba Njuguna, who died at Kasura Forest, on 7th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
