TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2017 By (1) Charles Asati Momesu and (2) Margaret Kwamboka Asati, both of P.O. Box 62938-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Kerubo Asati, who died on 20th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2017 By (1) Zipporah Naisiae and (2) Patrick Simintei Maloi, both of P.O. Box 47, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wanjiru Lemaloi, who died at Naserian Sub-location, on 14th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
