IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 (b) of the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, 2011, the Chief Justice appoints— COMMISSIONER MACHARIA NJERU to be a member of the Employment and Labour Relations Rules Committee, for a period of five (5) years, with immediate effect.
