Box 99110-801067, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known a8 Plot No. 4085/H/MN, containing 0.1090 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR, 29912/1, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the Jand certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is giveir that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, | shalt Issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
