WHEREAS (1) Fatuma Mohamed (1D/27203688) and (2) Osmanr Mohamed Hassan (Pp/667311574), are registered as proprietors of all _ that piece of land known as Plot No. 17559/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 62500/1, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
