WHEREAS Lucy Wanjiku Mbugua, of P.O. Box 74746-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in ail that piece of land containing-0.0284 hectare or thercabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 119/151, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the-date-hereof, I shall issue a ew provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
