REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jane Wandiri Njue, (2) Esther Wamaitha Mburu and (3) Pauline Waithira Karibe, all of PO. Box 16547-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.043 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Tigithi/Matanya Block 9/578 (Mikumbune), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been fost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shail issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
