THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kabeka Sakwa, (2) Charles Temba Hosea Sakwa and (3) Francis Amulioto Sakwa, as administrators of the estate of Hosea Sakwa Silunya (deceased), of P.O. Box 34701-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of alt that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/157 (original No, 145/2), situate in the Nairobi City area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Nairobi as Volume N30 Folio 339 File 9708, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
