REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Toror Kaa Enterprises Company Limited, of P.O. Box 949-30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 7/102, situate in the Uasin Gishu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land tegister shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
