THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Happy Jupiter Enterprises, of P.O. Box 432, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.286 hectares or thereabout, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk/Block 5/152, situate in the district of Gilgil, and whereas investigations done by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation in Nairobi have determined that Neguib Ali Nasher Nooman (I1D/0461481), of P.O. Box 1298, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, has never transferred ownership of the parcel to any person at any time and is still in possession of the land title deed to him on the 15th May, 1991, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate Neguib Ali Nasher Nooman with his title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Happy Jupiter Enterprises, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
