NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1022, in Volume DI, Folio 11/80, File No. MMXXIl, by our client, Leonard Cheruiyot Sonoiya, of P.O. Box 51576-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Leonard Cheruiyot Kipkorir, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Leonard Cheruiyot Kipkorir, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leonard Cheruiyat Sonoiya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Leonard Cheruiyot Sonoiya only.
