REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Faalagilagi Faitua Tepa Jorgensen, of P.O. Box 47121-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2026 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, regisicred under title No. Nairobi/Block 99/3, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued therent has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
