REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Ali Mohamed, as the administrator of the estate of Ibado Elmi Badil (deceased), of P.O. Box 105525-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of al that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/98, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N17, folio 381/18, file 2890, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
