TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Lily Njoki Maina and (2) Peter Simon Ngori, both of P.O. Box 362-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Mary Mumbi Gitiriba, late of Afraha, who died there on 25th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Gitosi Ombego Ntabo and (2) Jane Nyakerario Onguso, both of P.O. Box 17977, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Finlay Nyachigo Ombagi alias Finlay N. Ombagi alias Finlay Ombagi, late of Kiambaa, who died at Aga Khan University, on 15th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Wanjiru Ng’ang’a and (2) Wanjeri Nganga Ndugo, both of P.O. Box 5, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Nganga Ndugo, late of Nakuru, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on {5th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
