TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2022 By Felister Eunice Wachara Hinga, the decaesed’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wanjiru Hinga, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 5th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) George Githua Mutiga, (2) Caroline Wambui Mutiga and (3) Martin Kimani Mutiga, the decaesed’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githua Mutiga, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the samé unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
