Box 585, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Violet Abulamusi Shikutwa alias Violet Abulanusi Shikutwa, late of Kakamega, who died at Alexandria Cancer Centre, on Sth March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By Emmy Afandi, of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Lung’aho Boge, who died at Ebuchira, on 9th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By Fred Omunyioko Nasio and (2) Rastus Omumia Nasio, both of P.O. Box 2443, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Nasio Mwenje alias Nasio Mwenje, late of Kakamega, who died at Esumeyia, on 16th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the dute of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
