CAUSE NO. 613 OF 2021 By Jane Wanjiru Muchunu, of P.O. Box 53, Mugunda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susana Waruguru Maina, who died at Nyamboguchi, on 8th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. 625 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Ndungu Rebeta and (2) Charles Negungu Rebeta, both of P.O. Box 779, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebeta w/o Mwangi, who died at Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
