TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2020 By (1) Jane Wanjiku Ndira and (2) Agnes Lucy Wanjiru Ndira, both of P.O. Box 54, Uplands in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Ndira Mbage, who died on I Ith June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Waweru Nganga and (2) David Njoroge Nganga, both of P.O. Box 573-20117, Naivasha, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Warui, who died at Kiambogo, on 5th September, 2021, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
