TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Margaret Wangari Mwaura, of P.O. Box 1788-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Njoki Mwaura alias Jane Theresa Njoki, who died at Karati, on 1st October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Benard Kipkorir Kirui, of P.O. Box 1491-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabutamy Chepkoech Sitienei alias Tabutany Chepkoech Sitienei, who died at Retet, Kipkonyo, on 16th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
